Pelican Beach has no fixed class. You get better at the things you do, and a skill tree for each activity lets you choose how. All the trees are in one place: the Skills app on your pad.
How it works
- Work, train and play. Every activity gives experience in its own tree.
- When you level up you earn skill points.
- Open your pad with F6, go to Skills, tap a skill and read what it costs and what it needs. Unlock it with your points.
Trucking tree
- Levels 1 to 60, with five branches:
- Trucker: the trucks you can rent at the depot, from the Benson to the strongest tractor.
- Cargo and trailers: what you can haul, from freight to fuel, containers, valuable loads and heavy machinery.
- Laundering: for those who play on the dark side of the road.
- Depot perks: small things that make the work easier, such as faster loading.
- Pro driver: better pay, more power, faster levels and bonuses.
Gym tree
- Strength: carry more, punch harder.
- Stamina: run for longer, and breathe longer under water.
- Speed: run faster.
The rules of the tree
- Every skill needs the one before it, and a high enough level.
- You cannot haul the best cargo with a weak truck: the right truck has to be unlocked first.
- Skills that are not ready yet are marked coming soon.
